Braddock Stone Dedication
September 13, 4-6PM The Frostburg Museum hosts the Braddock Stone Dedication, which will be the premier event of Frostburg's Bicentennial Celebration Weekend. A new exhibition facility on the east side of the museum building will house the 200 year old stone marker that is so much a part of Frostburg's history and folklore. Bob Bantz, a local historian who is recognized as the leading historian of the French and Indian War in our community, will be the keynote speaker. Donors who have given so generously to the Braddock Stone exhibit will be recognized at the ceremony. The Frostburg Museum is located at the corner of Hill and Oak Streets. For more information call 301-689-1195 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. The Museum is also on the web at frostmuseum.allconet.org and now on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter! The Museum Gallery is supported in part by The Allegany Arts Council.
