  All Day Cumberland & Canal Place Halloween Festivities   October 26 Downtown Cumberland & Canal Place Halloween festivities. The Halloween trick or treating and parade will be 11AM-1PM in Downtown Cumberland. At 1PM, the traditional costume Halloween parade will proceed to Canal Place. From 1-3PM, Canal Place will host haunted carriage rides, trick or treating, hay rides, pictures taken with the great pumpkin, and Halloween crafts.   9:00AM 5:00PM Harvest Holiday   Keyser High School will host an arts and craft festival called, Harvest Holiday, on Saturday, October 26, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the high school. The festival will showcase more than 90 unique artists and craftspeople. In addition, there will be food, activities and various raffles. Admission and parking are free to the public. The school is located on Pine Swamp Road, off Rt. 220 South, in Keyser.
